Before you begin
How do I start?
Send a message through the Let's Talk page. Each message is thoroughly read and responded to, personally, within 48 hours.
Which language are sessions in?
Harsh speaks fluent English and Hindi. Of the two, whichever language you are most comfortable in.
Where can I work with Harsh?
Anywhere. Sessions are always 1-on-1. No loss of quality. If you need an in-person session, we can discuss it further after receiving your request.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes, with at least 48 hours' notice.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. The work is interventional coaching. It is absolutely not any form or manner of medical or psychological treatment. If you have a diagnosed condition or are under treatment, please consult your designated physician, doctor or medical professional.
Mental Clarity
How long is a session?
Each one-to-one session lasts 45 to 60 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on how many layers the challenge has. Many people notice some change from the first session. A significant shift, for example in a phobia, may take up to around five sessions.
Will I have to talk about painful memories?
Questions are asked to understand the various layers of your challenge, how deeply ingrained it is and how strong it is. The intention is to elicit the conscious and subconscious root causes, which may be apparent to you or, as in most cases, may not.
Will I have to face the thing I am afraid of?
Each challenge manifests differently. The intent of these sessions is to cause enough relief within that the belief around it changes, thus releasing you from the things that held you back before from taking any constructive action towards resolving your challenge. No one will push you into it.

What formats are available?
- One-to-one coaching, in person or online.
- A full-day corporate workshop, 9 to 5, for senior managers.
- A 5-day online course, with a new cohort every month.
Is the full-day workshop open to individuals?
No. The full-day workshop is a corporate workshop for senior managers.
For mixed individuals, an online variant can be arranged with the committed interest of 6–8 participants.

What do I need to share?
For astrology and numerology: your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth.
Can a consultation be done online?
Yes. Astrology, Vastu and Numerology consultations can all be done online.
Do you visit the property for Vastu?
An in-person (paid) site visit is available on request. Alternatively, please send an accurate, architect-created map (PDF) with accurate directions. Without them, the consultation will not be correct. More questions? Let's talk.
Energy & Wellbeing
What formats are available?
- A private one-to-one session of up to 60 minutes.
- A group sound bath of up to 75 minutes, for 10 to 50+ participants.
- A corporate sound bath of 60 to 90 minutes, on-site at your office or venue of choice.
Can sound healing be done online?
Yes. Sound healing sessions can be easily done online, and Harsh has conducted them online successfully.
