— Harsh Singhal
Sound healing works not because it is gentle — but because it is precise. Frequency reaches what language cannot. When the body stops defending, it begins to restore.
Why it works
Your body is approximately 70% water. Sound travels through water five times faster than through air. When Tibetan and crystal singing bowls are played in your presence, the vibrations do not stop at your skin — they pass through your cells.
The brain responds to sustained external rhythms by synchronising its own electrical activity — a process called entrainment. Within minutes, brainwave states shift from beta (active thinking) to alpha and theta. Deep rest. Borderline sleep. The state in which real recovery happens.
This is not relaxation as a side effect. It is a physiological shift — documented, measurable, and repeatable.
"Sound is not scattered. It is sent. The instrument is the intention made audible."
Cortisol levels measurably reduce. Heart rate and blood pressure stabilise. The fight-or-flight response — which most people carry all day without realising — begins to switch off. The body stops bracing.
The active beta state gives way to alpha and then theta — the same state experienced just before sleep, and the same state in which deep insight, emotional processing, and subconscious healing occur most readily.
Emotional weight that has no words — grief, anxiety, chronic low-grade dread — is held in the body as physical tension. Vibration reaches it directly, without needing language, narrative, or conscious effort.
Most people report improved sleep, sharper focus, and a quieter internal noise within 24 hours of a session. With regular practice, what was an acute shift becomes the new baseline.
How we work together
One-to-one · In-person
A deeply personal session built around your current state — what you are carrying, what you need to release, and where you want to arrive. You receive individual attention from start to finish, with bowls placed around and on the body for direct vibrational contact.
60–90 minutes. Available in Hyderabad or at your location.
Group · In-person
Participants lie on yoga mats in a large space. Each person receives their own singing bowl. Harsh plays for the group — weaving frequencies that move through the room and through everyone in it simultaneously. What is collective becomes deeply personal.
90 minutes. 10 to 50+ participants. Hotels, wellness centres, retreat venues.
Teams · Organisations
Designed for teams that need a genuine reset — before a high-stakes project, after a difficult quarter, or as part of a wellness initiative. Sound cuts through what team-building cannot: it reaches the nervous system directly and creates shared stillness.
60–90 minutes. Conducted on-site at your office or venue of choice.
